Version 1.0 — Effective 11 July 2026
How to Complain
If you are unhappy with a Product, our Services, or any aspect of your dealings with us, please contact us at [email protected] or via the contact page of our website, setting out the nature of your complaint and any Order or account details relevant to it.
This Complaints Procedure applies to all Products and Services offered by Axiom Growth Systems Ltd and its brands.
Our Process
We aim to acknowledge a complaint within a reasonable time of receipt and to provide a substantive response within a reasonable timeframe. Where a complaint is complex and requires longer to investigate, we will tell you this and provide a revised timescale.
Data Protection Complaints
Where your complaint concerns the processing of your personal data, we will handle it in accordance with the statutory complaint-handling requirements introduced by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, including by providing you with a means of submitting your complaint electronically, acknowledging it, and taking appropriate steps to investigate and respond without undue delay. If you remain dissatisfied following our internal process, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (or its successor body, the Information Commission) at ico.org.uk, or by telephone or post using the contact details published on that website.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
We are not currently a member of a certified alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) scheme. If your complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may be entitled to pursue the matter through the courts, including the small claims track where applicable, or through another means available to you under applicable consumer law, such as guidance or assistance from Citizens Advice or Trading Standards.
Regulatory Bodies
Depending on the nature of your complaint, you may also be entitled to refer it to the relevant regulatory body, including the Advertising Standards Authority in relation to marketing communications, or the Competition and Markets Authority in relation to consumer protection matters under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. Referral to a regulator does not replace, and is not a precondition of, your right to pursue a complaint or claim directly against us.
