Testimonial Policy

Version 1.0 — Effective 11 July 2026

Testimonials Reflect Individual Experiences

Testimonials, reviews, and case studies published under our brands reflect the individual, subjective experience of the person providing them. They are not a guarantee, warranty, or representation that you will achieve the same or similar results, and results vary as described in our Earnings & Affiliate Disclaimer.

No Guarantee Implied

No testimonial published by us should be read as implying a guarantee of any particular outcome, whether relating to wellbeing, income, or any other matter, and our Sanctuary Wellbeing Disclaimer, Sanctuary Crisis Disclaimer, and Earnings & Affiliate Disclaimer continue to apply in full regardless of the content of any testimonial.

Genuine Reviews Only

We do not submit or commission fake consumer reviews, and we do not publish consumer reviews or review information in a way that we know or ought reasonably to know is false or misleading, consistent with the prohibitions set out in Schedule 20 to, and Chapter 1 of Part 4 of, the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. We take reasonable and proportionate steps to satisfy ourselves that a published testimonial is genuine before we publish it.

Incentivised Testimonials Must Be Disclosed

Where a testimonial has been provided in exchange for a free or discounted product, a payment, or any other incentive, we will disclose that fact clearly alongside the testimonial, so that it is apparent to anyone viewing it that the testimonial was incentivised.

Genuine Screenshots

Where a testimonial is presented as a screenshot of a message, review, or results dashboard, that screenshot must be a genuine, unaltered representation of the underlying communication or data, save for the redaction of personal or confidential information belonging to the individual concerned or a third party.

ASA & CAP Code Compliance

Our use of testimonials has regard to the CAP Code and related guidance issued by the Advertising Standards Authority, including the requirement that marketing communications must not materially mislead, and that claims which could give a misleading impression of typical results must not be made without adequate substantiation or without a clear indication that the result shown is not typical.

Reporting a Concern

If you believe a testimonial published under one of our brands is not genuine, or does not comply with this Testimonials Policy, please contact us at [Contact email address] or via the contact page of our website, and we will investigate in accordance with our Complaints Procedure.
